Our desire is to promote private practice optometry by creating successful practices that meet personal and professional goals as well as provide optimal eyecare services to people in our communities.
 
Beverly Smith, O.D., M.B.A. holds an M.B.A. in Healthcare Management and is a partner with her husband in a five doctor, multi-million dollar private practice in San Ramon, California..  She has been in practice since 1984. Dr. Smith has been featured in the VSP Magazine, Women in Optometry Magazine, and New O.D. Magazine.  She serves on the Alameda Contra County County Optometric Society Board, and has been an expert examiner for both the California and National Board of Examiners in Optometry.
 
Bruce Kent Peters has been in the commercial real estate business for over 25 years.  He has extensive experience working with health care professionals, including optometrists, locating practice sites, negotiating leases, and office design.  He is the founder of Portofino Realtors in Napa, California, a successful real estate brokerage.
